 Karate (Junior):

This class is open to boys and girls from 5 to 13 years. It is suitable for beginners upwards as each child is taught to their ability level. The class will learn controlled, disciplined movement and it is non contact. Fantastic fun and very rewarding as they can work through their "belts".

 Sun Power Yoga:
