Opening Times:

• Monday-Friday core opening times: 09:00-17:00
• Pre-arranged early starts and late collections between 08:30–09.00 and 17:00-18:00
• Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED

Coral Pre-School is regulated by Ofsted. We care for children aged between birth and 8 years. We provide a friendly, caring and secure environment with high standards of childcare and education. We place a strong emphasis on children having fun whilst learning through play.

Admissions

Allocation of Places

Coral Pre-School is open to every family in the community. We aim to ensure that every family who wishes their child to benefit from the services we offer are able to do so regardless of gender, race, culture, ethnic origin, additional needs or disabilities.

Waiting List

Coral Pre-School allocates places to the next family on the waiting list. The waiting list is compiled in birth date order.

Registration Process

Contact is initially made by parents/carers. Parents/carers are advised to visit us with their child/children to get a feel of our environment and to discuss their needs. Parents/carers are given Registration Forms, which includes a section on emergency contact numbers and medical details. We also ask that a 'Celebrating Me' booklet is completed and returned to Coral Pre-School prior to their child's first day. The 'Celebrating Me' booklet includes details of each child's likes and dislikes. This gives staff an opportunity to ensure that we cater for each individual child's needs and ensures that each child feels as comfortable and relaxed as possible whilst settling into a new environment.

Parents/carers and their child/children may spend a session at Coral Pre-School if they wish prior to their child's first day and are very welcome to stay as long as they wish to help settle their child.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of £25 is required.

Pre-School Fees

Pre-School fees are payable each half term, in advance. All major credit cards are accepted. Cheques are payable to Coral Stadia. Fees may also be paid with cash.

Early Years Free Entitlement

Coral Pre School is registered to receive Early Years Free Entitlement. Children are entitled to 38 weeks free early years education from the term after their 3rd Birthday until compulsory primary school age. A maximum of 15 hours free entitlement may be claimed.

Nursery Vouchers

Coral Pre School accepts Employer's Nursery Vouchers. Please discuss with the Pre-School Manager.

Commitment

A minimum commitment of one session per week is required for Pre-School.

For Pre-School you are required to give a minimum of six week's notice in writing of session changes or of leaving. If this is not possible, payment in lieu of notice will be required. Once Sessions are booked, all absences such as sickness and holidays must still be paid for.

If you should experience difficulties in payments, please discuss this with the Pre School Manager so that an alternative payment plan can be agreed.
